Analysis of Gas Content and Permeability Change Pattern of a Coal Reservoir in the Tectonic Positions Based on a THM Coupled Model

The theory of coalbed methane distribution controlled by tectonism is a hot issue in the field geofluid-geotectonic interaction research. Taking geological structure scale range 1302 working face Guojiahe wellfield Yonglong mining area as background, this paper focuses on basic research problem influence control coal reservoir gas content and uses THM coupling model to analyze change characteristics different tectonic positions. CBM permeability anticline, syncline, faults analyzed. Accordingly, variation distance structures quantified provide guidance for selection CBM-favorable areas. results show that gentle dip syncline hinge zone potential gas-rich with heat preservation low permeability, while anticline gas-poor temperature pressure high permeability. thick seam accumulation zone, high-permeability near fault plane normal fault. matrix subjected tensile stresses form tensional fissures, susceptible dispersion increases reservoir. within 37 m 54 from plane, respectively.
